Biography
Prof. Tosun Tosun graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Istanbul, Turkey, in 1989 and completed a PhD on oral implantology there in 1997. He served as a research assistant in the Department of Oral Implantology at Istanbul University from 1990 to 2002, and has run his own private clinic in Istanbul since 1993. He completed a Master of Science in Laser Dentistry at the University of Genoa (2013-14), where he now serves as contract Professor. He was Professor of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Istanbul Aydın University’s School of Dental Medicine from 2017-2024, serving as Dean from 2019-22, and currently serves as Dean of the School of Dental Medicine at Istanbul Atlas University.
