Dr. Salim Abu Esper founded BBeiroot Academy on a conviction shaped by years spent working closely with dental professionals across Lebanon and the region: that access to world-class postgraduate education should never be a matter of geography. He saw clinicians with real ambition held back not by talent, but by the cost and disruption of studying abroad — a year away from their practice, their patients, their families.
BBeiroot Academy is his answer to that gap: a partnership with the University of Genova that brings a genuine, internationally accredited postgraduate diploma to Beirut, taught in a modular format that respects the realities of a working clinician's life. Under his direction, the academy has built a training centre equipped to the same standard as the institutions it partners with, and assembled a faculty of practising specialists and university professors who teach the way they operate — rigorously, and with their hands.
His philosophy is simple: an academy should be judged by what its graduates can do the Monday after they leave it. That standard shapes every decision made here, from the curriculum to the equipment to the faculty invited to teach it.
